Refund policy

At Pop Watch Straps, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return window, order cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, lost packages, and refund processing times.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled;
  • Unopened and in its original packaging;
  • In the same condition as when you received it;
  • Complete with all accessories, tags, manuals, and packaging materials;
  • Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We generally cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item has been used, worn, installed, or damaged by the customer;
  • The original packaging is missing, opened, or damaged;
  • Accessories, tags, or included materials are missing;
  • The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery;
  • The item was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item, or your order is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number;
  • A clear description of the issue;
  • Photos of the item;
  • Photos of the outer packaging;
  • Details of any missing items, if applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Lost Packages

If your order has shipped but has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please first check the tracking information and confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can assist with checking the shipment status.

Please note that we may not be responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package in time.

6. Return Process

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

8. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order details.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
